MCB JuicePro Mobile Application Enhancement
As a key contributor to MCB’s Digital Factory, we played a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of their flagship SME banking app, MCB JuicePro. Our involvement spanned from a comprehensive audit of the existing application, contributing to their design system, to the full lifecycle of developing a major new feature: International Funds Transfer.
Through business requirement gathering, we crafted intuitive user flows and wireframes, followed by prototyping and usability testing. Our work culminated in a seamless handover to the development team, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.
By optimizing the application’s design and introducing a critical new feature, we significantly improved the overall user experience for MCB’s SME clientele.
