UX/UI design for complex workflows

Simple experiences for complex operations.

We design the portals, back-offices, dashboards and configurators that operations teams use every day — then build them on the systems you already run.

What we design

  • Customer portals
  • Back-offices
  • Dashboards

03 — AI, used properly

AI is how we work. Not what we sell.

It puts real screens in front of your team early, keeps large catalogues populated, and automates the plumbing around an interface.

  • Prototypesreal screens on your data, early
  • Contentcatalogues that stay current
  • Plumbingimports, approvals, alerts

05 — Questions

Straight answers.

What does 365CREA specialise in?

UX/UI design and complex workflows: portals, back-offices, dashboards and configurators for operations teams. Development, content and AI automation support that core.

How long does a typical project take?

Typically 6–16 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. You get a detailed timeline at the end of the audit.

Do you work with clients in Europe?

Yes. We work from Floréal, Mauritius, with six hours of overlap with the CET working day, in English and French. Clients include JMD Systems in Réunion, part of the Belgian Corialis group.

Do you build what you design?

Yes. Our front-end and back-end developers build it and connect it to the ERP, CRM or payment systems you already run.

Where does AI fit?

In how we work: early prototypes, catalogue content and workflow automation — not as a product we sell on its own.
